Sample 10-hour Workshop

(2 days — specific agenda subject to change)

Please note that I no longer travel for single-day workshops that are comprehensive (general) self-promotion. There's too much to cram into a single day! I'll consider a single-day workshop on a specific topic such as blogging or social media. Just email me.

The 1st Day

Day 1 a.m.

  • Differentiate yourself with your artist statement: what it is, what it isn't, how to write it, and why you need to do this first
  • Why your contact list is your most important asset
  • How to organize and expand your mailing list
  • 12 rules for putting together first-class marketing materials

LUNCH BREAK on site

Day 1 p.m.

  • Artist newsletters
  • How to use email more effectively
  • Do's and Don'ts of Artist Website

The 2nd Day

Day 2 a.m.

  • What blogging can do for you and how to improve your blog
  • Social media basics: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
  • How it all works together

LUNCH BREAK on site

Day 2 p.m.

  • Create an action plan for your success

Alyson brought to the sessions years of experience and a level of energy, professionalism, and commitment that inspired everyone who attended. I have ordered her online publications, which are equally as impressive. I would not hesitate to call on her again, she was magnificent.

Just email me and we'll coordinate a phone call to discuss the possibilities.
