ART HISTORY FILMS

Because my teaching and consulting stresses the importance of language, I'm often asked how artists can learn more about art history. While there is no substitute for learning it from the ground up (from the caves at Lascaux to today), these are some films that can get you started. I would also welcome your recommendations for non-Western art-history films.

As you know, films can be pricey! I highly suggest borrowing them from your library or renting through Netflix. However, 100% of proceeds from ArtBizCoach.com's Amazon affiliate links are contributed to the Craft Emergency Relief Fund.
